Why do you want to lose weight, gain strength, energy or confidence
2. How challenging has this program been for you?
Very challenging.
Not challenging enough.
Somewhat challenging.
I havent been sticking to it so I can’t answer this question

Moving consistently.
Eating well consistently.
Both moving consistently and eating well are challenging for me

Example: I’m winning at drinking plenty of water but I never knew that starchy veggies were not as good for me as non starchy veggies so that was my aha.
7. Did you appreciate having an accountability partner?
Yes, I couldnt have done it without their help

I hate online fitness but will think about it since I dont have a better plan.
