IF joining us for the LIVE classes do not work with your schedule but you are wanting to complete (at least) 6 recorded classes, please sign up above and I will send you the password to view our recorded workout videos. I will need a text message each time you complete a class! The goal is to complete at least 6 of our classes in April. -Bekah Self
Classes are suitable to most fitness levels and modifications are offered for more advanced moves. Both Bekah and Sara aim to correct form if your camera angle offers a good view of your body position.
CardioFIT: Monday 9am-9:45am CST (taught by Bekah Self)
This class combines both cardio and functional fitness utilizing light to medium weights, long holds and body weight exercises. Necessary equipment: yoga mat, light to medium hand weights.
Holy Yoga: Wednesday 9am-9:45am CST (taught by Sara Schultz)
This level 1/2 Hatha class builds strength and flexibility and uses breath prayer to focus the mind on Christ. Necessary equipment: yoga mat, block, and strap.
Strength: Friday 9am-9:45am CST (taught by Bekah Self)
This class requires heavy weights to complete strength exercises for a heart pumping muscle building class. Necessary equipment: yoga mat, medium and heavy hand weights.
