What is Your WHY?

What is the WHY behind your workout??  

For me, I work out because it brings me great joy. I smile before, during and after, but mostly after! I celebrate the fact that I have the ability to exercise and push by body beyond what I think I can do. I worship my creator, who gave me the ability to run, lift, push, press, etc., and I no longer take it for granted. I also work out because it's good for me and helps me be the best version of me as a mom to 4 children who I desperately want to encourage towards their own health and wellness! So, what is your WHY? We are all so different in our whys, and I would love to know yours. Whatever your reason is . . . I hope you that you embrace your why and get after it!
